The hotel is stunningly beautiful and housed in a beautiful building. The room is good-sized and fairly quiet and has a spacious bathroom. They offer a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave. Knowledgeable and affable staff as one would expect. The setting is marvellous and convenient, next to restaurants and other businesses and Jacksonville. Need to be mentioned that there were lots of restaurants to eat, like The Loop Pizza Grill that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Jasmine, the front desk clerk, was efficient, professional, and a delight to interact with. Despite a billing discrepancy, the staff was helpful in resolving the issue. We appreciate their assistance. we had a positive experience at Hampton Inn and look forward to staying again in the future.
